in that price range 7600GT is the better card.
You might find 1600XT but i wont recommend it over 7600GT.

X1800GTO is alternative to 7600GT, I won’t recommend a X1600XT, though you should check up again before going with what I say.
I am sure that X1800GTO is more or less of the same class as 7600GT, but check separetely for each game atxbitlabs.com/articles/video
I want to ask onething.
In ATi tool,
I clicked on Max Mem or something, maybe Max core, after sometime I cancled/aborted it, but it showed mem/core speeds in ATi tool higher than what they were at stock, I think I again got back to default probably by default tab and then closed ATi tool.
When I saw the mem/core speeds higher than stock in ATi tool soon I clicked default for I was in no intention to overclock my card.
So will this be called an overclock from the point of view of a comapny?
can u overclock inbuilt graphic cards mine is a ati xpress 200 series
yeah , get Rivatuner .. I think you can overclock ur onboard with this app.
