No idea what 251i is but i doubt if altec would reduce their power rating.
Then which one should i go for of the other three?

Well, mnemonics does get these wierd ideas from time to time. 
The 251 will not be more than 4K.
I just bought them today for 4.3k. The model is 251i tho, theyve stopped production of the 251.

Well i havent heard too many computer speakers, and im no audiophile so i cant really say. But to me they sound pretty good. The power is 45W RMS( Sub 20W, satellites 5 W each).

Today I go to Big Bazaar (Kandivali-Mumbai) to Buy Speakers as they announce SALE but I found it is FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS as for Philips 5.1 Home Theater Speakers they Quote 5000/- after Discount While the same Product at my Place Cost me Rs.4500/- but due to Low budget I can not go for it.
