^ most clients(bitcomet does) allow you to complete your half ported d/l from other clients, just see the clients help file. instruction vary.
its usually the other way around, rite now my taskbar shows about 18 kBps d/l speed, but when see in the task list it’s around 22 kBps, usually what you see directly in the task/peer list is the true figure, on top its average(maybe it’s not continously updated) 
Yes you can, just open the same torrent file and save it in that same location where you had downloaded the earlier file (with the same name)

install bitcomet 0.59 (YES),
and then get a software called bitcomet accelerator from softpedia.com, its a freeware.
man has it increased my speeds or wht…
its really cool, and it works…for a change…i’d recommend using the bitcomet accelerator.

cowax if u go to the bitcomet forum http://www.p2pforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=16853 its clearly stated there is no accelerator which works
hmmm. wierd, cuz tht stupid thing did actually work for me…yeah, n it is a spyware, cuz even my nod32 detected newdot net spyware, and eleminated it, it still works with the spyware being deleted.
