Most people make the mistake of not pressing hard enough at the Alignment Crosshairs that appear at all four corners of the screen.
You might want to try that first.
If not try hard resetting the device again.
i have tried it,
i think.. it is hard enough..
but in the end.. i sent it for warranty
thank god.. it still has Warranty..
