^ Among the three, the panasonic is better.. Its comparable to the S5 IS not the SX100 
My bro just got the canon IXUS 860IS from singapore..He paid 625S$ for it including a 2gb card and a free tripod and travelling bag..it takes awesome pics and looks great too..Pics look much better than my older IXUS 650.
Go for Sony DSC-H7, 18000/=, I think its the best in that price range.
