While GeForce 9500GT is certainly slower than the other GeForce 9 series cards, there will be two more cards based on the even cheaper and stripped down G98 core. GeForce 9300GS and 9300GE are the names of the cards, but the exact specifications remains the shadows.

RV740 is the next best thing of the upcoming R700 series. The chip will replace the RV635 as the new mid-range alternative. Much like the RV635, RV740 will sport a 128-bit memory bus. The reason is to keep the costs down and the PCB simple, but thanks to the high memory frequency of the coming GDDR5 standard, the actual memory bandwidth will still be as good as it would with a 256-bit bus and GDDR3 memory.

GT200 will sport 200 shader processors, a figure which is dividable by 8, but not 16, which is the size of the current shader clusters of the G8x/G9x cores. The same source also says that GT200 will sport a 512-bit crossbar bus. We’re not sure if Crossbar is just a name or if it actually means a crossbar bus. The GPU is still slated for launch in Q3.
