Access to Net on PPC via DataCable

Hi,

i have HTC Touch P3452

I needed to know that i have a working internet connection on my pc is there any way that i can start net on my PPC via datacable activesync…
NO bluetooth or Wifi

i wanna access my net via datacable

can anyone guide me on how to do that ???

which number should be put into dialing ,etc,etc,etc
