Attention: Logitech R 20 users

Hi,

I rrecently brought http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speakers_audio/home_pc_speakers/devices/249&cl=my,en

speakers are good but there is one problem, because of high BASS the vocals are not clear.

The problems is pretty bad when Watching movie, the dialogs are not clear.

As a personnel preference i like Lot of treble & low BASS

I wanted to ask all the R20 users, if there something wrong in my Speaker settings or My product is defective.

Also, R20 do you face the same problem?

doesnt the sub have a bass control ?

nopes, there only a volume control.

I have the same set of speakers and I am not facing the problem that you mentioned. I watch tv on my computer regularly and audio is clear. If you are watching movies off dvd’s or your hdd then you could watch them in VLC media player which has the sound equalizer. You can choose the setting that you like.
