they have a very sweet program called Avi2Dvd that does the converting for these rare file types, its free too.

just BTW, i found an equally good free VCD/SVCD/DVD converter called TMPGENC

most of you guys should know about this already but…
i personally found it better than AVI2DVD, but that’s just me, but worth a try.

Yeah TMPGenc better than any encoder by a long shot. I’ve been using it for vcd conversions for quite some time now.
