Burnout Paradise coming for PC!

May 9, 2008 - Criterion Games, a studio of Electronic Arts, (NASDAQ: ERTS) today announced that the award-winning driving game Burnout Paradise is being rebuilt specifically for the PC. Burnout Paradise will be the first Burnout title ever made for the PC, customized with expanded multiplayer, enhanced online features, and community driven content.

Originally released for the PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system, Burnout Paradise has won over 55 awards worldwide. Burnout Paradise delivers an open-world environment built for intense speed, excitement and exploration and sets a new standard in the seamless transition from single-player offline to social online gameplay.

Burnout Paradise for the PC will combine all the open world racing, intense speed and action of the original game with new gameplay for the PC version.

aha..ea thot it might be a threat to its nfs series if they get burnout for pc.:unamused_face:

bt now, as their nfs series hasnt succeeded after HP2, xcept MW, they decided to release burnout for pc.

it was pretty mch injustice for this game as well for us…bt yeah

dude there was no PS2 version of this game, :wink: this was exclusive to PS3 and 360

Thats awesome, after getting bored with NFS PS, finally something i would love to play… I have completed all the Burnout series on my xbox & PS2 was waiting to get my hands on this one. [Do not own a PS3 or X360 :(]

So the PC version makes me more happy…

Man have been waiting so long for this title.Have got Burnout Revege for my PS2 & the thing just kicks the hell out of every other racing title available on PC.Hope Paradise turns out to be equally good.:blush:

There is hope in more exclusive titles being ported across to PC I guess.Like Agent Smith would say “More” :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
