sure , i think TE members can start a similar initiative in their respective city. i can point out how to go about it. all you need is commitment and the drive to do something and few like minded people.
mumbai people are most welcome to join me on sundays and see if its something they could take up or start something on their own at other NGO’s. there are many such ngo’s who need people to help out so if anyone is intrested , just let me know.
i’ll put up a guide later of how to go about doing this.
