I have the player,decent player ,16 million colours,good warm sound,videos need to converted[using iriverter:3 min con. time for 300 mb avi], around 12-15 hours battery life with display on ;great user interface;poor SD integration;supports many audio-video formats…get the 4-8gb one 
i do have the creative ZEN 2GB PMP u are talking about,its looks good and sound clarity is better when u use EP-630’s than the inbuilt earphones.i would recommend u to go pick it up coz the features are decent and i feel its better than the ipod i have ,i love this player (ZEN)
