Could you guys help me out by giving contact nos of dependable and cost effective shops in bangalore and mysore

Thanks a lot

metro computers sp road..search on google for nos.

Hey buddy, there are like so many shops in S.P. Road. U just need to find the best shop that gives u a best price. Dat’s it.
Need any help to find it, call me on saturday at 9886710881. Probably i am going to get PC’s for 2 of my friends, u too can come along. I’ll guide u if u need regarding the components as well.

But there’s a catch. I should have a treat after purchase. What say u?:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

look i know some guys cos i have bought a lot and lot of stuff and they always give me the best price so u want mt in even i deserve a treat haha

In Mysore, there are few shops in KT Street, you might already know them. They usually stock fast moving cheap stuff. There might be few more shops spread around the city. Have heard of one in Ramavilas road (somewhere near Marimallapa college). I too am looking for a proper store, but for now B’lores SP road would be the main source for some quality parts.

Please post back your findings on this.

In mysore, i get my stuff at Anurag Electronics and System needs, both on ramavilas road.

Thanks a lot to all who replied…

I am going to bangalore to buy my comp this weekend.
Does anyone have any experience with the shop “Computer Zone” on SP Road?

^ You can check sp road price thread for comp zone feedback. Personally, I wouldnt buy from them (I bought a HDD from them). There are better shops all along the road. The guys are too slow and prices are not much different from other shops.

I have heard of good things about ACME computers. Got my Q6600 from them through a friend, but never been there.

A word of advice, check 3-4 shops before you buy your items to get a proper understanding of price.

I usually visit Ankit(always high price), Rajeshwari(i think their prices are quite low but they don’t have the best stock), Golchha(ok prices, good stock) and Metro computers(good prices but never bought anything from them) on SP road.

+1 for Golcha.. slighly higher than the rest to pay for his ISO cretification I guess  but very good stock.. Best for graphics card and sound cards..

 I buy from acme computers…Have been buying for like 6 years…Have found them to be honest in their pricing…
They will like all traders try to force you the fast selling items but if you know your stuff will get it for you

p.s I have found golcha’s prices to be very bad personally…They were asking a 1000 grand more on a psu once..

Eveything is highly priced there..

Ankit will have a large stock generally.

KC computers(Karnataka Computers) on SP Road asked me Rs 1000/- more on a 500GB HDD once. I guess if you’re not careful, they can take you for a ride. + or - 200Rs is tolerable. Any more and you’re being conned.

^^True you should know the price…
Nowadays acme will ask me the market rate :stuck_out_tongue: verify and give it to me for a 100 or 200 buck less..

as far as buying is concerned its better to enquire in atleast 2-3 shops …i dont see particularly a best shop @ sp road… prices are almost same throughout with slight variations. But one thing for sure… not many shops would provide customer satisfaction..
