Dell calls it Hybrid desktop and it’s config matches that of a mid range laptop with CPU T5750, 2GB DDR2, 250GB HD and 8X DVD-Combo running on G965.

CPU etc are upgradable but GPU is apparently not. It comes with a 19" monitor that too can be upgraded. base price is something like 38 to 39K. Nothing special I would say, but it does look quite chic.

hmmm prices seems to be a bit on the highers side..lets see what exact processor do they sell it with. :stuck_out_tongue:

i would love to buy just the cabby .. the black colour or wooden finish would be perfect for a HTPC.

(wish DELL’s sells them separately :D)

The dell studio comes with Core2Duo T5750 in the base configuration. Atleast it is cheaper than the mac mini in cost.

Go to the Dell website and configure your system. 19" monitor is included in default config.

morgoth is right it does come with a 19" lcd and Vista home premium oem as well. Will make a very good media center.

I’m tired of waiting for an update to the Mac Mini, so I figured I might get myself one of these.

Is there any way I can order one without a monitor/keyboard/mouse?

Also without Vista?
