In these days, I am using Sunbelt Personal Firewall (Previously known as Kerio Personal Firewall) 
, OutPost and Look ‘n’ stop are other nice ones

Windows Firewall will be almost covering every aspect so i dont think there would be a need for extra one rt?

I have no idea what that last option meant, but that’s what I chose. Since I choose to use no Firewall.
