No duplicate ids are **not ** allowed and usually when they are found admins merge them together. was waiting for an admin to get online first so please be patient.

[/I]dont remember who the other party was.. but this jesal fellow sold a fone to someone. it reached the other person - an expensive memory card. later he disowned all responsibility for it.

also he was supp to be runnin a mobils store too..

all this is from what i remember… actual story might be a slightly different version of what i said.

firstly i was not in town for a long time

secondly made a new id since i lost my passwords to a few sites, please go and check except for today when i was last online from my first id. i started using this id from last night couple of hours back.

i dont have a mobile store. anyone in bombay can come to my office and see what i do, im into the clothing line. some people have come to my place to pick up stuff i really have no issues with that. what else is left. dont start blaming if you do not know.

Yup, he never replied to any of my queries regarding the card, never took phone calls, and did not even provide things promised earlier.

The thread says phone is under warranty, no bill, no purchase date proof ever given. and yes, remember the whole **Missing Memory Card ** issue, the deal had nothing right in it.

firstly if i miss 2 of your 10 calls that does not mean i NEVER took your calls. i do not live here like most people do. i log on 1 or 2 times in a day. i replied to all your queries as and when i could. so if you want to call me a liar please do and then you are a bigger liar than me. i dont really care about explaining myself but people who know me are fine with me. if you do not want to deal with me its totally upto whoever, im not begging for anything. as for warranty claims i hope you know that the serial number goes in company directly. if you have doubts go to the company if they say its not under warranty then come and tell me and make a huge scene. you have no proof that its not under warranty the same way you are saying that its not under this and that. i knew you were a little immature when i dealt with u. remember i asked you how old u were. then you start a thread and spoil my name and give me negetive ratings while im not online fighting with the courier company for YOU. i was trying my level best and i guess u were being a kid here and crying foul. after i saw it i lost my interest in helping you in the first place. WHAT I WAS NOT DOING YOU KEPT AND EYE ON THAT, BUT WHAT I WAS DOING YOU NEVER MENTIONED ANY OF THAT TO ANYONE HERE. so its all, i have dealt with enough people here to like me, who does not fine with me as well.:slight_smile: i do not want to fight/crib/abuse or anything of that sort. peace out.

Alright, regarding any disputes please use the existing thread.I am locking this one since it is resoved and the admins have merged the duplicate ids.
