since putting in my ( smps cm 600w extreme ).. my hdd is being detected as st3320..AS 3.AAK
3.AAk is being shown recently

you can go further depends on your temps, make sure ur on the latest bios. to flash it use the bios updater application you got in the cd. have a look at the temps from core temp .95 . see if you can push it further. anything under 65 below load is good. i say get a tl ex 120 and take it to 3 ghz
