What’s your favorite antivirus software
if your choice is other, please mention the name.
this is a multiple choice simulation, so you can choose more than one. but stick to 2 or 3 at most(if you have more than one favorite).

As of right now, i have no AV installed (only have Adaware and Spybot and regualrly online scan for virus’s once a week) but i would prefer Nod32 over AVG. Havent tried Kaspersky but i think its just as good.
My viewpoint is, nod32 is the undisputed king as far speed & utilisation of resources is concerned. it also has very good detection rate, comparable to kaspersky.
my 2nd choice would undoubtebly be kaspersky
3rd between f-secure, bitdefender & avg.
hi,
jus 1 name, kaspersky, use the pro its better then the personal edition..
AVG 7.1 Professional…
nod32 … nothing can get past this
add it with kerio PF .. and here u go
No av, no spybot, only default sp2 firewall (used to be no sp’s till a week ago before installing sp2 to play riddick).
nod32 all the way
nod32 over here low on resources does scan very fast😊 have even tried kaspersky will rate it second best
Kaspersky 5.0.20 for me:)
(the one without the Network Attack Feature)!
Undoubtedly NOD32 followed by Kaspersky
NOD32 and Kaspersky
i`m currently using panda…
was using macfee .. but it didnt allow me to make remote connections in torrents.. even after allowing ports in torrents..
i liked nod32.. but again.. its incompatible with bittornado… the software i prefer to use

you should have given it under nod32 imon exclusion list, that should have solved your problem.
CA E-Trust
i did that… the problem was that my system after a few minutes went straight at 100% cpu utilization.. and stayed thier. until i ended Bt ..
afaik i had seen on some forum with poeple have probs with nod32 and bit tornado. and the only way out was not to use bit tornado.. this was like a year ago i think…
so i reverted back to norton

what about the javaw.exe files, if bitornado is java based, same as azureus.
kaspersky at full steam on my rig.
will give second place to avg free.
I stick with Mcafee. Fast, easy and light on resources.
