Bought: Came pre-installed in my 3-year-old Apple Powerbook G4 15inch notebook.
Reason for sale: Just upgraded my notebook’s RAM to 1GB. So I no longer need these sticks. Needless to mention, they work perfectly fine. I have never overclocked, tweaked, or done anything to the RAM. Not that you can on a mac anyway
Price: Well I’ll be frank; initially I had no idea how to price these sticks. But according to PrimeABGB and The IT Wares, a new 256MB DDR333 SO-DIMM retails for 1,200. A new 512MB stick retails for 1,550. So I imagine, 1,000 for both my sticks is plenty fair. So basically, it’s **500 bucks per stick, **shipping included, price non-negotiable.
Basically this would make sense for those having 256MB of DDR1 RAM in their notebooks and who want to upgrade to 512MB.
I shall post pictures of the sticks later tonight when I get back home. Those interested can post here, or pm me.
