Fs : Bfg 6800 Gt Oc Agp

selling this item on behalf of a friend

this is a used card for about 6 months now

the card is BFG 6800 gt oc which is factory overcloked

it has a bandwidth of over 32 gbps which is more than 7600 gt (22.4 gbps) and gives as good results as 7600 gt (though 3-4 fps less sometimes)

he is selling cause he is willing to move from agp to pcie

card is almost new with no scratches whatsoever

a return guarantee will be given of 1 month from the time of shipping the product

For any questions pm me

i know that 7600 gt are being sold for as less as 5.5k but this is an AGP card not pcie

Hey man look before u speek. i got a 7600gt agp and it blows my friends 6800ULTRA’s butt off. so dont say things just to get ur card sold. and besides 7600gt is one generation ahead of your card.

i can proove that via games and software benchmarks

wanna get a link

@memnom : He’s been quite honest in his first post saying its almost as good as the 7600GT performance, and i would have to agree with that. There are diff games/scenarios where either may get the upper hand but in the end they’re almost evenly matched. The 6800GT AFAIK most noticeably wins whenever AA/AF is turned out (which are mem bandwidth intensive processes)
You on the other hand saying, the 7600GT ‘blows the 6800 Ultra’s butt off’ is a bit of an exaggeration.

If interested in the deal , go ahead and bargain.. but do keep a check on the facts

Hey Crazy

As of your message, please do check the TomsHardware and some reputable sites AFAIK they are NOT evenly matched no matter whatsoever. 7600gt is way ahead of 6800gt and the bandwidth is compensated by the clock speeds so please do check on the facts before supporting somebody. no hard feelings though.

@Memnom - Eddy is right. The cards are almost evenly matched and the 7600GT scores over 6800GT when AA/AF is turned on. Here is the link from your Tom’s hardware on what happens when AA/AF is turned off. You can see that the 7600GT gets blown off by 6800GT

But when its turned on, a 7600Gt wins. not by a large margin though.

That should clear everyone’s doubts including the potential buyers
