Mouse i Suggest a Logitech Mx518 …its better den laser mouses…fits well in ur hand…weight is nice n precise…evry 2nd gamer has dat mouse
Keyboard jus tak a Logitech Basic Keyboard wch is Strong, Sturdy & Simple 
+1 for the mx518…
And if CS is in ur mind, try investing in the TVSe Gold.. Mechanical feedback… 1000bux… No g15 comes closer…
By Gaming keyboard, if you mean one which provides lots of macro keys and customizability, then try Logitech G15. Zboard is not available in India and Razer Tarantula is too costly for the features offered. Dont know of any keyboards from MS branded for gaming.
On the otherhand If you are just looking for a keyboard which is comfortable for gaming and one which can take a lot of beating and still last for a long time, then nothing beats the TVS Gold Mechanical keyboard. 
One more vote for the G15. I’ve been using one and the macro keys are invaluable. Not only in gaming but in a whole bunch of other apps too.
I already own Logitech G5 Laser Mouse i was thinking to purchase Logitech
G15 but does it have a plam rest
Also Microsoft Gaming board is powered by Razer check out on Microsoft.com

Warranty is only 12 months mine kconked at 14 months logitech will not repair or replace out of warranty and the internal ,e,brane of the keyboard is very delicate soit is unlikely to last v long. check logitech forums there are too many cases of g15 and g11 problems. I now own a 4500 rupee paperweight.
