Stardock Icon Packager (not free)
Icon Tweaker (Free)
Theme Pack -
Nuove XT (Vista Icons) avl for both tools.
If U install ICON PACKAGER then U can D/L themes from - xpthemes, wincustomize etc.
I’ll go with CrystalXP..nice, cool collection.
