Hmmmm… interesting… the way I am going I will have something like this by next year end !!! … but NOT Maxtor. :frowning:

I knew it Eazy you will be the first to post in this topic.

I know u wud not get a Maxtor but u will suerly get ur self a 1TB HDD somwtime in future.

Umm, any idea of the pricing ?

 Tee Hee !!!

I have always had MUCH more storage than I have needed ever since my first Hard Disk the 5.25" 20MB Seagate drive back in 1985. Now I have around 800gb so I am nearly at the Terror-byte mark. Just one more 200GB and I will officially be a TERRORIST

This must be one of those " if you ask the price you cannot afford it " types of toys …

^^thats right … it will be very expensive and i think will not be coming to india … 1TB with user configurable RAID … nah i cannot afford it

Mrp for the 600GB is Rs 32,500 and Rs 44,997 for 1TB.

Techtree says…

Around Rs. 43,000 when it comes out this December, but there’s also a relatively cheaper 600GB version available for around Rs. 27,000.

thats nice … but eazy try finding that in the market and u will see

Boy 43K for the 1TB , damn costly

Operating temperature: 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F)

definitely i am staying away from these anyway!!

continental ambient temp(except chilling winter) will certainly make it cross 35 C anyway within very short time :S

FOUND !!! …I hope they actually have in stock and not just advertising in advance
