Move Show-off and Audio zone out of peripherals

Heylo,

The title suggests it all and there seems to be a valid reason, we are not just showoffing :rolleyes: peripherals.

Moreover, audio zone deserves independence from the peripherals category.

I have a suggestion to move show off to either the lounge or independent within the hardware zone(but still it might not be hardware, like psp, music player, etc.)

While at it, how about a seperate section for cameras/optics?

The audio zone will still need some time to grow under the peripherals section before having a section of its own. Too many sections will see the forum look empty quite frankly and some sections will just go ignored.** I suggest merging opensource inside OS section instead.**Regarding the showoff section, it deserves a place in the pc peripherals section. I’m yet to see threads abusing the showoff section for anything other than peripherals.

Don’t do that.. OS Section is only for OS [Paid or Free] while Open Source is all about Free and Open SOurce OS/Software/Hardware :stuck_out_tongue: SO i won’t recommend that :stuck_out_tongue:

there’s been cannon camera, psp, ps3, xbox, and phones, that’s not a “PC” peripheral :slight_smile: i know they are no less than similar things, but it bugs me :slight_smile:

I second the motion that Audiozone should be separate from PC peripherals.

well thats because they are in some way PC peripherals . I once tried to sneak a Car into show off, but got caught and sent to general talk :flushed_face:
