The sole reason for the thread mentioned in the first post not being cleaned up is bcoz even mods understand the statements there are valid.
Otherwise regular OT / lowballing posts are immediately removed. That does not mean, bargaining and lowballing and negotiations are allowed in public against seller’s wish. Its still seller’s thread. in WTB thread, bargain all you want
But if some deal goes through before someone can do something then there is nothing any of us can do about it.
