Quick summary post in all threads

Can we have a quick summary post right below the OP that summarizes the entire thread? Everyone should be able to edit this post.

The benefit to members is that a single post will summarize the entire thread (provided it is updated regularly) even if the OP isn’t updated.

Is that vbulletin running there? (i don’t think so)

The idea is actually good (thanks for the tip though :)) though i doubt it serves any purpose on a tech site. On a deal site, you can usually edit the deals and give more links for multi paged discussion.(Say coupon codes)
