Recommend a 250gb hdd

I finally managed to convince my dad that 120gb of storage isn’t enough :stuck_out_tongue: looking for a 250gb sata drive. Is there any particular model that really stands out. And btw, my budget is max 3000 bucks. So those top end hdds are ruled out.

P.S : i checked out this thread, and gathered that ST3250310AS is very good for the price. Any take on the availability of this drive?

take a seagate ST3250820AS u wont b disppointed..
ull get it anywhere between 2550-2700..

For normal model :2875 is current price 8 mb cache

go for 410AS model it has 16 mb cache…

Unfornuately today it was out of stock at Lami… :Ohh

310AS not available in chennai :frowning: i have to check out delta tomorrow. Hope they have it
