dude either goto your nearest bsnl office or goto the head office on the same road as Hotel Atria, you can enquire there.. normally a bsnl connection 256kbps unlimited is Rs.900 pm.. im not sure of the installation charges now cause its been over a year since i got mine.

You can even check VSNL/Tata WIMAX.It seems to be good.Dont relate it with Tata Indicom BB.They both are different.
