well guys.. this is my 1st ever review on TE and i would like to introduce to a new version of nero software:
[B]AHEAD NERO 8 ULTRA EDITION
[/B]starting off with is that the installation size. DVD size is close to 1Gb, installation folder size 776Mb which is after installing all the features including INCD. anyways thats not in important issue..
Starting with the 1st screenshot is the Nero StartSmart home:

this is not as complicated as it looks.. on the left pane there is-
1.Data Burning
2.Audio Burning
3.Audio ripping
4.Copy Disc
all this are very simple to use interfaces and on top pane there are other interfaces to look for - have a look at a screenshot above

exploring Audio Burning Tab gives you 3 options to choose from Audio CD - which is quite a common thing. MP3 Jukebox Disc is the new feature which helps you to create speciallised MP3 disc to play in ur home player for max compatibility. NDA+ jukebox disc (least compatible with players) and i think its a useless feature basically *.MP4

Rip Audio CD:
hmm.. introduced for the 1st time and the feature i never expected.. its a great feature to have it integrated in CD/DVD Burner software. a user can choose target directory, choose output format and you are off to rip an audio cd. i havent ripped any audio cd but you can obviously change ripping speed in options button on top right hand side which is grey (as audio cd not present in drive)
Copy CD: nothing to explain here. but in options you can choose Minimum, Auto, Safe, Maximum speeds making it easier for nOOb to play around

) i am very much surprised that i have never seen speeds in X’s anywhere :S

i recommend this as a must buy software for everyone.
is does say complete your tasks quickly and easily.. yeh i can see that and all tasks are running like 10-20% quicker (maybe cause of its multi core thread utilization)

Speed/Stability - 4.5/5
Ease of use - **4/5 **
(lost 1 point because it takes pain to choose image recorded and speed are not in Xs)

Conclusion: Worth upgrading to latest version. even a nOOb can use this kind of easy software for cd/dvd burning.
