everything comes in it .. Mp3 and all support 
but still I won’t say it is in the league of Ubuntu/Fedora/open SUSE … and Compiz Fusion implementation is good but still people on low system can’t use it even same for ATI users

All win media files are working out of the box, the distro also installs the nvidia drivers during installation, comes with loads of 3d games which are a league apart from the usual stuff tht comes with linux…
