Samsung recently introduced a 30-inch widescreen LCD monitor. Priced at US$1999.99 MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price), the 305T combines a 16:10 wide-screen design and a 2,560x1,600 resolution, making it ideal for a variety of professional applications, including medical, engineering, control rooms, CAD, graphics and design, and desktop publishing.
I dont know whoever told you that . Apple’s are damn costly and especially more so in India. The Power Mac G5 I have at office costs 2,30,000 without a monitor. what made you think that they would sell a 30" Display for 80k. Their cost is normally 1.25 to 1.5 times that of a similar sized Dell Display. The 20" Sells for around 45k I think.
