Speakers : Artis S111R

Monitor : Dell E198 WFP
Keyboard and Mouse Combo : Logitech Internet Pro Desktop
Am I getting the best of my budget?
If not then what suggestions?
Other than the PC for 25k I would also like to purchace a TV Tuner Card and a Graphics Card
I think I should go for the following
Graphics Card : Zotac 9500GT
TV Tuner Card : PixelView Play TV Pro 3
Are there other better options available?
