i require CRT, 21 inch , full flat (mostly samsung, sony, onida)

PS . this being a mostly hardware forum… i would like to point out the following alternative
19 inch widescreen LCD monitor : 9~10k
External TV tuner Box with remote : 1.5k
2.1 speakers ( optional) : 1.5~2.7k
the end result will outperform any old tv, even the 20 inch LCD tv’s being sold for 15+k

And you my even get away with a 22" Dell LCD (E228WFP about Rs. 15k). Buy an external LCD TV tuner for the LCD and hook the system to ur music system via an amp.

any brand suggestions for that external tv tuner and can it also control volume ?
other than that i’m tempted to think the suggestion of getting a monitor is better if for no other reason that it will depreciate less in value (dual-use) than a TV over time
recently one friend got an external tuner of pinnacle, nice one with remote and other stuff. Must say a good value of money.
How well does it work with the channels above #60 ??
i find with some of the cheaper tuners this can be a problem.
