Guys Suggest me some DJ Softwares which are not so easy to use and has lots of features for mixing like flanger effects etc and beats changer and stuffs like that.. ive been using Virtual DJ & MP3 Remix and mixman studio but i am not satisfied as i cannot change the song beats etc.
^ Virtual DJ with a custom skin and some add-on effect mixers is pretty decent. I’ve used it for live performances as well 
If you want the best, get Pioneer’s amazing software 
pioneers software? which? is it advisable to buy a real mixer? how much will it b for without AMP? ill b hearing by earphones only

Unless your turning pro or gonna perform regularly, its useless buying a mixer.
You could probably get the CMX 3000 with a Gemini mixer (Around 30k set) to start.
Adobe Audition… not exactly a dj workshop but a great Audio editing tool.
A dj friend of mine uses something called Tracktor.
Yups Tracktor Dj Studio I’ve used it ! I personally felt it was kinda messed up by looks… this was 2-3yrs back, hope the new ver. would be better 
Another vote for Virtual DJ.
Virtual DJ is the best by far. I’ve used it for 3 live shows.
Best is that it can recover from crashes w/o stopping the music for even a beat
