ok i got a problem when ever i right click on a folder my computer freezes for some time like 2 mins and then norton keep on saying and annoys me “this virus was removed”.
every time i right click, i have learned all keyboard shortcuts thanks to do that.
but still i need help.
i checked with mcafee uninstalling norton scanned my pc fully no virus. updated norton scanned pc no virus found.
so pls help 
pls check ur computer for trogens,spyware,adware etc. also
download lavasoft’s adware for this tasks

looks like your system is infested with some virus / spyware /adware
you have to do following things.
first omit norton its crappy if you need freeware then use avg ( www.free.grisoft.com )
completely update your antivirus.
disable system restore on all drives and then do complete system scan with antivirus.
you need a combination of antispyware tools to remove any spywares from your system.
i would recomment
as gary4gar has mentioned
ad aware personal from lavasoft
spy bot s and d
third one any (tonyarts easycleaner, microsoft antispyware)
then download hijackthis from merjin.org and so a system scan and post the logfile here.
