This wasnt supposed to be a thread, but before i could type a reply the thread was closed..
Just wanted to say that instead of using the stickies, creating a new thread gets way more attention and hence more people get to signup..
If mods could come to some arrangement like once the signup is closed, Or the thread is dead, merge the thread with the stickies, then it would be lot better for everyone..

It will have to be done manually and honestly P2P section is hopeless at the moment with amount of spammers begging for invites
if such things are allowed, it will become absolutely impossible to manage and that was primary reason for the sticky
Those people who use new post feature will be royally pissed when they see 10 P2P threads in todays post on 1st page.
I am not volunteering for sure. 
No no..Not for jus any old thing..specifically for sites open for signup..not for invites and all..
Reason being that sometimes the signup closes very fast in few hrs..
Its done purely to avoid spam from the one post wonders. P2p section was a headache last time when you would click new posts and have pages of different threads from them asking for invites and gravedigging. Currently things are manageable and I dont think it is going to change.
I just asked for the sites open for signup to be allowed in new posts as the reg gets over in a very short time..nothing else..:no:
Anyway its fine..was just a suggestion to make the section better..guess it brings more headache than its worth..
