Just wanted to bring to notice something i keep seeing every now and then :
prev winners get to keep their tag.. some new tags to better differentiate past winners are in the works

also move the pointed over the tag. Tells you month for which the user was MOM and ROTM.
lol… IMHO, we’ve a lot of tags etc… nothing wrong with them, but it takes the whole point away from them…
^ Not really! As far as the ROTM/MOTM tags are concerned… lets say we give out 12 ROTM/12 MOTM winner tags in a year (just an example, we may clear out tags older than 1 yr.. but we havent thought of it) and considering the number of registered users is several magnitudes larger than 12.. it can still be something unique.
But at the same time having 12 instead of 1 means there will be enough tags to be “visible” to even the newbies or people not as active to notice and think about getting themselves one of those too 
And yep Ankit .. it is intentional, not a mistake. Hovering over the tags shows the Month/Year to sort of differentiate them.. but we realised, probably working on the color or something of the tags will help differentiate the winners from different months better.
