Hi all,
I’m running Windows XPSP2. For security, troubleshooting reasons have installed MS Recovery Console & use chkdsk {diskdrive} /r whenever windows doesn’t shutdown cleanly. Now I’m unhappy as chkdsk doesn’t tell what it fixed & where unlike in its earlier avataar in Win '98SE where it used to give this info. Is it possible to have this info. somehow. Also if there are any programs which do a better job of the same. Any comments, suggestions on the same as always welcome.
