wel… ive got some problems wid my vx1932wm also…can i get a refund or replace even after 2 months?

Is it in warranty? Then you can get it repaired or replaced.

If they dont have the same or equivalent model they will give you a refund😒

i bought this one from SMC delhi…at first it seemed to b an excellent display…but later i cud notice some backlight bleed at botton…
n then one day i noticed that while playing videos it gives strange problem like displaying rings or lines around objects…n specially on skin color..is this really a prblem?

morever if even i somehow get it replaced with another vx1932wm how can i b assured it doesnt have same or more problems..?
i read somewhere viewsonic is shipping really bad vx models to india..
n 1 more thing shud i contact SMC or the service centre people ?

I have brought VG1930wm last month and colors were excellent using DVI with 7300 GT. Few days back.. the DVI port stopped working, I switched to VGA and it worked for one day and also stopped working. Now it says no analogue input The computer is working fine with other tft, crts.I have already complained to viewsonic.What can be the problem? Does Viewsonic repairs or replaces the TFTs. I am based in Jammu.

The number and emails given by zhopudey are all of RT Outservices people who claim to be viewsonic people. It seems that whole of viewsonic maintenance is done by rt outsourcing. Does any body know the real contact details of viewsonic India to whom we can complain about rt outsourcing mismanagment?
