hey ppl,
k..n00b question.
i got the 32 bit vista but i dont know whether its bootable or not..its an iso file..should i directly burn it as an iso (using ashampoo..it has that option). How would i know whether its bootable or not?
Go in bios n try it..
I mean put primary boot as your dvd rom..
and restart .. u will find out.
vista iso images are bootable ones.
for burning iso files i personally use imgburn. u can download the software from their website The Official ImgBurn Website.
if iam not wrong u can mount the vista dvd using daemon tools (THE DAEMONS HOME) and run the setup from the windows environment.(without the need to burn a dvd)
yeah i can do that..but i am planning to install vista after a clean format..and anyways a bootable will always help rite?
Yups… It will…
