Sorry for Offtopic Kumar,

Which version of opera are using or its just the diff skin ?
What manual customisations have u done ?

The skin is Compact Crystal

Mooved the personal bar to the left and then right click on the personal bar and set the style to “images only” to get the favicons only to show up in the bar.

Then, created a couple of keyword searches (rightclick on search field and select “Create search”). Then drag a wrapper (from right-click on addressbar>customize>buttons>spacers) to just next to the the address bar (first i remooved the google search from the right of the addressbar).

After this, drag and drop the searches you have created to the addressbar to the right of the wrapper (the address bar will wrap to another line after this).

Also, I remooved the Forward/Rewind buttons as i use mouse gestures.

Finally, I went to this page (Opera Browser Wiki :: Custom Buttons to Drag’n’Drop into your Opera) and drag-and-drop all the buttons you want to the addressbar. If you want to remoove the main menu bar (the file, view edit etc. one), go to the above link and drag the “Toggle Menu bar on/off AND dropdown the main menu (with image if using several custom skins” button to the address bar. This toggles the main bar with a dropdown list of the menu contents.

Whew!

Finally, If you don’t want to do this customizations all over again and again and again and again, I suggest you get the OperaUSB version (found here: http://www.opera-usb.com/download/opera926en.exe ) and unzip it to some place where it won’t be disturbed even if you re format the OS. Then you can use the same opera all you want w/o loosing the customizations.

I have been using the same USB version since ~1 year with allmost 25-30 OS reinstalls.

Whew That was a lot of typing…hope that would help!

Indeed it was totally worth it

Repping ya :)
