Vince did help me finding the discussion in a Street Hawk forum, where as he says apparently this track was designed only for the episode and not released anywhere else! Kinda odd, cause most of the other tracks were from prominent 80ās acts like the Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, etc. Whichever band this is that composed it, missed out on some sure-shot success by not releasing this track
