Its not like that you have new review so it will be featured at the Top.. It depends on the Moderators , they decide whether the review/guide should be at the top or at the bottom
I had put up the review in the portal. Its upto me and other mods to put it wherever we feel like. All the threads in the portal are of equal importance.
Oh please stop it already!!! I am sick of reading it in all your pm that you sent me :S. With that comment of yours, you are making it a personal issue seriously. This is the first time we mods were getting so many pms from a user to put up his threads in portal. The article will be put up in the portal on the first day or even after 1 or 2 weeks. Its upto us.
