I have a Duron800, socket A system that I want to preserve ( it is the first computer I assembled ).

When I tried it yesterday, the display was messed up, later it would not even display anything. Right now, it works on and off, but shows only 32MB of video memory. I have a AGP 4x nVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 card with 64MB. Everything else works perfectly - sound card, LAN card.

I’m assuming the video card is about to die. Any idea where I can get a AGP 4x card in Mumbai ? Pref GeForce4 MX 440.

btw, mobo is ECS K7VTA3 rev3.1 .

I think I have an old agp somewhere…but then AFAIK it support only 800*600 …will check …PM me where in Mumbai are you…
