Whats the present price of the sata version…also are they in vfm range yet or the 320 one still the best???
there are not good VFM considering price per GB 320GB is ur best bet

4.1k at lamington now, WD not good, i have 2 WD drives, i have got both RMA’d and one of the replacements is starting to show problems again,
RMA service is good though, they came in 1 day to get the hdd from my house, and got the new one in 3 days from their centre in calcutta

Any chance of getting a wd4000ks for that price? The 400 gigger is fast, ditto their 500 gigger. I tested em last year. Of course 7200.10 wasn’t out then, but they’re faster than the others.

I bought a 400 GB Seagate 7200.10 Sata HDD yesterday for Rs 4900 :D… The best price i got for a 320 gig was Rs 4050 …
Ofcourse SMC Delhi from where i picked up the stuff…

@Switch…good to hear…prices have really come down…have 1 TB hdd been released in India kya…thats the reason I am waiting for…cause thats when the prices should really fall…if they havent fallen i.e.
