Since this afternoon there has been no Cable TV and since the last hour there is a scrolling banner on some channels that the Police have shut the transmission because of a High Court order. We have a Hathway connection. Any one else in Mumbai with this problem ?
The Hathway Cable Internet serviced is still operating… THANK GOD !!!
Well i am using InCable and there is no transmission except DD Sahyadri…

… everyone in my house is… each one of us has their own TV … now after a long time we were at the dinning table at the same time … did not know what to talk to each other … it was funny - all we talked about was “WHEN ARE THE TV CHANNELS GOING TO BE BACK”

@XT … I think the messages must be inserted by the local cablewalla thats why the messages are different in different areas

Tata Sky is as of now offering me these channels Digital Satellite Television Packages – Tata Sky …
Zee suite is coming soon as DishTV and TATA Sky have done an alliance in which they will be offering each others channels… So Zee will also come on TATA Sky… Now they will very soon be offering the new international channels… All of them in DVD quality… No disortion… I say give them 2 years… They will wipe cable out atleast in metros alltogather…

you know.. aall this while i kept wishing for some adult shows and adult movies and i didnt find any… and one fine day i get up to see them all gone for showing adult movies.. maybe i have been watching too much adult stuff. or maybe our gov is run by little kids… all they want is cartoons… .. (saying this cause i have nickeldon still being aired for around 15 min along with dd news.. 
) now everything is gone except dd news ofcourse.. how can they show adult stuff on dd??? its only meant for little kids nah!!!

when cable goes offline all the phone numbers (relating to cablewallas) become unavailable whereas DTH atleast answers :lol:
I am also plannning to go tata sky’s way.
THe only reason i am hesitant is that it dont have HBO yet and its one of 5 channels i watch

this is due to some case filed by some crackpot of a lady with idle time in her hands(i think so) and the great bombay high court passing the judgment of not showing a/ua movies,so in the morning till afternoon only movie channels where off air now the cable guys r protesting against it so no channels r shown great:@
damn its time to migrate now…btw any one on setup box???do they too face this problems???
